Full-Time Bookkeeper

As part of our continued growth, we’re expanding our internal support team and are excited to welcome a motivated Experienced Bookkeeper to help us maintain operational excellence.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Experienced Bookkeeper to join our remote team. This role is ideal for experienced individuals or recent graduates of a college two year Business Administration program who are ready to launch their careers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will support our finance and operations teams with essential bookkeeping and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and categorize day-to-day financial transactions

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

• Assist with month-end reporting and year-end preparation

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Support invoicing and accounts payable/receivable tracking

• Collaborate with team members to streamline internal workflows

Qualifications

• Graduate of a two year Business Administration program (or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Clear and professional communication style

• Ability to manage time and priorities in a remote work setting

• A basic understanding of accounting principles

• Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team

  
  

Assets (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or other cloud-based accounting tools

• Previous co-op or internship experience in a business or finance role
