🧩 About the Role

We’re seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our remote team on a 14-month contract. In this role, you’ll manage the intake and coordination of appraisal files—ensuring appraisers are assigned appropriately, documents are accurate and complete, timelines are met, and client communication is professional throughout the process.

This is a structured position with well-documented SOPs, but also requires adaptability and initiative. As our team grows, we’re constantly optimizing how we work—so we’re looking for someone who can confidently follow a process while also helping to refine it.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

·         Process appraisal orders from AMCs, broker-direct clients, and private parties

·         Assign appraisers using internal coverage tools

·         Enter property, client, and fee details accurately in our internal system (MA)

·         Upload and organize supporting documents in OneDrive (APS, MLS listings, tax assessments, etc.)

·         Monitor timelines, inspections, due dates, and follow-ups

·         Communicate clearly with brokers, AMCs, and appraisers to ensure smooth progress

·         Maintain accurate and professional notes within MA for full file visibility

·         Deliver completed reports to appropriate stakeholders using standardized templates

·         Escalate potential delays or issues to leadership as needed

·         Contribute to improving tools, SOPs, and service delivery

📚 Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience in appraisal administration, mortgage, real estate, or related industries (asset)

·         Familiarity with Slack, QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive

·         Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail

·         Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting

·         Experience supporting clients or managing documentation-heavy workflows
