· Technology – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Communication – Ability to foster positive interactions, while conveying information clearly and effectively
· Problem-Solving – Ability to assess situations and information through active listening and finding solutions using resourcefulness and critical thinking
· Interpersonal Skills – Patience, empathy and the ability to negotiate and compromise with respect in a team environment
· Time Management - Excellent time management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
