These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Accurity Canada website, appraisal ordering platform, client portal, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Accurity Canada ("Accurity," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes related to ordering, managing, or fulfilling appraisal and valuation assignments. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.
Client portal access is invite-only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Fees for services are as quoted or agreed at the time of order. Payment processing, where applicable, is handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card details on our own systems. Fees are non-refundable once appraisal work has commenced, except as otherwise agreed in writing.
Information submitted through our Careers pages is provided voluntarily for consideration of employment or engagement opportunities. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or engagement.
All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Accurity Canada and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Services as intended.
The Services may incorporate or link to third-party tools, including payment processors, workflow automation, and content management systems. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
The Services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the website or portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accurity Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our liability for any claim arising from a specific appraisal engagement shall be governed by the terms of that engagement.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, including client portal accounts, at our discretion, including for suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable province in Canada in which Accurity Canada operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
